It is easily plumbed into the system and with it's immediate heating design allows us to apply just the right amount of high heat at just the right time during the snow fall for no accumulation or ice and a high efficient system. Our customers are extremely pleased with their systems this season in these repeated blizzards in Colorado.
Just make sure you size your pump for the increased back pressure of this unit and all things will work great.
