(More customer reviews)This product is crap. It burned out in two weeks. I used it for a very small water garden and I plugged it in just prior to going on vacation. Upon my return it had failed miserably and is now in a large block of ice. The Western NY weather being what it is I will have to wait until spring to get it out...I have contacted Amazon about the return, we'll see how that goes. Also I contacted the company and they had a very curt reply about returning it to Amazon, not them. Be wary of this product and keep in mind, if it fails the ice can damage your garden,pond,trough,etc. I gave it a two because it actuall worked for a week or so.
