(More customer reviews)i was a little skeptical buying a water heater off the internet, but this thing is great. it was packaged great and the delivery was great. i had it installed in about an hour and a half ( that includes removing the old one). what more can i say except that i have had it for about six months now and have never had a problem. and i never run out of hot water.
