(More customer reviews)The company shipped the heater quickly, well packaged via UPS. Easy to intall, my wife did it!. We had another one from a different maker that developed a leak after about three years. We have very acid water and I am hopeing the bronze tank in the in-sink-erator heater will last longer. Won't know for at least three years. Unit does the job, lots of hot water at our kitchen sink and dishwasher.
