Arrived defective and the manufacturer, Rheem, could not have cared less.They refused to replace the bad unit and kept sending plumbers out to touble shoot and fix. After the third plumber, I packed it up and sent it back to Amazon.Amazon was great! they took care of my out of pocket expenses and made me "whole". I will NEVER buy another Rheem product.
