(More customer reviews)bought it directly from the rheem factory and had it installed the next day, it ran for about 20 hours before the circuit board went out..the water heater it replaced lasted twenty three years and now this new modern up to date junk couldnt even make it one day...SAD..im just glad its under warranty..so far they fixed me up without a problem and its still running great but now im wondering how long it will run after this fix..
pros..constant hot water when taking shower, low gas bill, tax rebate, small
cons...cost a fortune to install whether ur a diy or have it done professionally, makes clicking noises when shutting off and turning on, complicated to the extreme..lot of parts inside that may break..i.e. circuit board,fan,igniter, remote panel, heat exchanger, sensors out the wazzoo
