(More customer reviews)This supposedly works for a sink. We remodeled our house, and instead of running hot water to the kitchen, we decided to add a tankless water heater for the sink. Note that we live in South Texas. When the water heater was installed, it was 30' outside. When I tried to use it, I had no hot water. We thought it wasn't working, so we waited for the electrician. That day, it was 60' outside, and we had hot water for approximately 1 second after turning on the faucet. We contacted Rheem, and their response was, we lived in a "too cold" climate! If South Texas is too cold for this thing, I guess only people living at the equator can get hot water out of it! We have another Rheem tankless water heater, but it is gas. It works fine. Just don't waste your money on the electric ones unless you live in an extremely warm climate.
