(More customer reviews)I purchased a Noritz tankless heater 18 months ago. They told me I would be getting hot water faster. This was not true. It takes four times longer to get hot water. My water bills have gone up. It's very frustrating waiting and waiting to get hot water. The unit is noisy and can be heard on the upper level of my house. The hot water sometimes turns cold and I'm told this is common with Noritz heaters. It exhausts into the backyard and nearby windows cannot be opened because of the toxic fumes. I plan on having it replaced soon.
