(More customer reviews)We ordered this element to repair one in a tankless water heater in our fire station. When the replacement element burned out very quickly, we called their customer support. They helped us determine that we were getting air pockets in our input water line and told us how to eliminate them. They also sent us a second element free after hearing we are a volunteer fire department. Many thanks!
